Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms", "Terms of Service") carefully before using the VOXP!N mobile application operated by Sonicwell Technology Limited ("us", "we", or "our").

By downloading, installing, or using VoxPin, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

When you create an account with us, you must provide us information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.

You are responsible for safeguarding the credentials used to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your account.

3. Age Requirement

You must be at least 13 years of age to use this Service. By using VoxPin, you represent and warrant that you are at least 13 years old. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent to use the Service.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding user-generated content), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Sonicwell Technology Limited and its licensors. The VoxPin name, logo, and all related trademarks are owned by Sonicwell Technology Limited.

You retain ownership of any Voice Pins or audio content you create through the Service.

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to:

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Sonicwell Technology Limited, its directors, employees, partners, or suppliers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be settled by arbitration administered by the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC) under the HKIAC Administered Arbitration Rules in force at the time of the commencement of the arbitration.

The seat of arbitration shall be Hong Kong. The language of the arbitration shall be English. The arbitral tribunal shall consist of one arbitrator.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. For material changes, we will provide at least 30 days' notice before the new terms take effect, via in-app notification or email.

By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
